Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the ROC (Taiwan), without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions. Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance having exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under this agreement.

Severability

If any provision of this Terms shall be held invalid in a court of law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be construed as if the invalid provision were not included in this Terms.
